1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Aznabee video chat platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Service after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who Can Use This Service

To use Aznabee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country
• Not be in a location where this type of service is prohibited by law

3. What This Service Does

Aznabee connects you with random people for video and audio chats. The Service includes:

• Random matching with other users for one-on-one video or audio chats
• Different chat modes: audio-only, video reveal (video unlocks after 5 minutes), and timed calls (10 minute limit)
• Duo mode, which lets you and a friend chat together with a stranger
• The ability to skip to a new person at any time

The Service is provided "as is." We cannot guarantee it will always be available or work perfectly. We have no control over how other users behave.

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree NOT to do any of the following:

• Illegal Content: Share any illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, terrorism-related content, or content showing violence
• Sexual Exploitation: Engage in, ask for, or promote sexual exploitation or trafficking of any kind
• Nudity and Sexual Content: Show nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content (this is not an adult platform)
• Harassment: Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Hate Speech: Promote hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Impersonation: Pretend to be someone else
• Spam and Advertising: Use the Service for spam, advertising, or selling products or services
• Harmful Software: Send viruses or other harmful software
• Recording Without Permission: Record, screenshot, or capture other users without their clear permission
• Automated Use: Use bots or automated tools to access the Service
• Bypassing Restrictions: Try to get around any security measures or restrictions
• Minors: Use this service if you are under 18 years old

5. Your Safety

For your own protection:

• Do NOT share personal information like your full name, address, phone number, email, social media accounts, or financial details with strangers
• Do NOT ask other users for their personal information
• Be aware that other users may record or screenshot your conversation without telling you
• If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, use the skip or stop button immediately
• You are responsible for anything you choose to share during conversations

6. Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for everything you say, show, or share through the Service. This includes video, audio, and any other communication.

We do not monitor or record your conversations. However, we may take action if we receive reports about users breaking these rules.

7. Limited Permission to Use

We give you permission to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any business or commercial purpose
• Try to reverse-engineer or take apart the Service
• Include the Service in any other website or application

8. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will always be available or work without errors
• Other users will behave appropriately
• The Service will meet your expectations

You understand that using the Service is at your own risk. You may encounter content or behavior from other users that you find offensive or inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Any damages or losses from using the Service
• The actions, content, or behavior of other users
• Any problems caused by technical issues or service interruptions
• Any indirect or consequential damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. You Agree to Protect Us

You agree to defend and protect Aznabee and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any other person's rights
• Anything you share through the Service

11. Disconnection

Since we do not have user accounts, we cannot "ban" users in the traditional sense. However, we may disconnect any user at any time for any reason, including:

• Reports from other users about rule violations
• Technical problems
• Shutting down the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time by simply closing your browser or leaving the page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled according to the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, pause, or stop the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. The current version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.

14. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.

15. Complete Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Aznabee regarding the Service.
